There’s so much stress when you’re carrying this thing that you know you have to do or you should do but you’d rather not do it because we don’t want to talk to that person. We will walk all the way around the building because we don’t want to have to talk to this person. You’re uncomfortable and it’s time wasted. When you finally have that difficult conversation, when you rip off the band-aid, there’s an actual weight lifted off your shoulders, it’s amazing!
