- And then you take those great big things and you break them down into little tiny, small pieces
- You will ignore vague tasks, you think you’re procrastinating, but really, you’re not.

- Be kind to yourself
I encourage you to get back to the basics. Make sure your tasks are clear and concise. Make sure there are small bite-sized pieces. Look at your routine, see what’s working for you What’s not. Be honest with yourself about how long it takes you to do things. And don’t forget to be grateful, passionate, look after yourself. reward yourself and maybe find yourself some accountability to help you get things done.
