Let’s talk about project management software. There are a lot of things that you can manage, from a project perspective, in your life and in your business. A lot of things that we do, can be broken down into smaller chunks to make them easier to complete. The best way to complete a great big project is to break it up into smaller pieces. And that’s what project management software does for you. It also allows you to analyze the information to keep you on track. Today I wanted to share with you how I use project management software, and more specifically ClickUp, to get projects completed and achieve goals.
Here are the major takeaways:
- What to do instead of focusing on to-do lists.
- Breaking up your projects into manageable tasks
- How due dates are imperative to actually getting sh*t done!.
- Why having a customer care section in your project management system can be important for your business.
- The fewer systems you use, the more effective you’re going to be with those systems.
- How your project management system can be a hub of valuable business information such as your company information, communication and branding standards, team member information etc.
- How to facilitate team member communication.
For me, when it comes down to project management systems, my favourite is ClickUp because it allows me to create whatever I want, however I want to see it. The reports and views are easily customized so that it is easy to see what is happening inside your business. It doesn’t limit my abilities, and it allows each team member to see the information the way they need it. It makes getting the work done easier for everyone.
