I have buy-in from my team and I have never been as successful as I am now. I am going to share my take on the concept and I hope you will put some of the ideas into play and see the difference. 

Keep in mind that empowering your team is very different from neglecting your team, though it may look like a fine line. So let’s talk about the difference.

Always make sure that you’re working on our business and in your business.  Make sure that you are working smarter, not harder. Work in your circle of brilliance as much as possible and outsource the work that isn’t. Build that amazing team so you can create an amazing business. I wish you a fantastic week!
